Steven is a watercolor painter from Guilford, CT. Originally from Rhode Island, he was inspired early on by artists of the Providence Art club such as Spencer Crooks. He has attended many workshops with amazing artists such as Don Stone, David Dewey, Gary Tucker, Suzanne Siegel and others, who have all influenced his approach. His inspiration comes from the natural beauty of New England, with its many fleeting moments and subjects. Each season brings nuances to his color palette. Painting primarily in watercolor, Steven continuously experiments with oil, acrylic and gouache.
