DIY Night: Repurposed Pants
Turn your old jeans and khakis into something new and useful! Bring your old pants (and other past-its-prime clothing) to DIY night and learn some simple techniques to transform them into a basic pouch, card wallet, shopping bag, crossbody bag, apron, lunch bag, and more. No sewing experience is necessary. The EPA estimates that 11.3 million tons of textile waste ends up in our landfills, so repurposing clothing is good for both the environment and the bank account!
Registration required. Bring your own pants and additional clothing.
