A fun new book club for readers and film buffs! We'll read a book and have a short discussion, then watch the film adaptation. After the credits roll, we'll compare book vs. movie. Of course, popcorn will be provided.

This month, we're reading Shirley Jackon's famous 1959 gothic horror novel, The Haunting of Hill House. It was adapted into the 1963 film The Haunting, directed by Robert Wise and starring Julie Harris, Claire Bloom, Richard Johnson, and Russ Tamblyn. (Runtime 114 minutes.) Print copies of this month's book are available at the Info Desk on the Lower Level.
