Mug Rugs: Stitching with Recycled Wool
Join us for a creative and cozy workshop just in time for cooler weather! In Mug Rugs you’ll turn recycled wool sweaters into charming felted coasters — perfect for holding a hot mug of coffee or tea! These handmade “mug rugs” make thoughtful gifts or a special treat for yourself
You’ll be taught some basic embroidery stitches, like the blanket stitch, split stitch, backstitch, and more, so you can add beautiful embellishments to your creations.
All materials will be provided, including felted wool, embroidery floss, and needles —just bring your creativity!
Whether you’re an experienced crafter or a curious beginner, this is a great opportunity to meet new friends, share stories and stitch something warm together!
Registration is required.
