Nourish and Calm: Fuel to Quit Inflammation-Session 2

Ever feel like your body is constantly on "high alert?' Whether it's nagging aches, brain fog, or just feeling "off", chronic inflammation is often the hidden culprit. Join us at the Cheshire Public Library for a relaxed four-part series to learn how to cool the inflammatory heat and support the body's systems.

Session 2: The Nourishing Kitchen- No "dieting" here! We'll introduce you to the "anti-inflammatory champions" that belong in your pantry and identify the common pro-inflammatory pitfalls to avoid. You'll also learn how to decode nutrition labels without the headache.

The series will be led by Lisa Berardi, a registered nurse and Functional Nutrition Coach. After 35 years as a registered nurse, Lisa turned her own health roadblocks into a passion for holistic wellness, founding Savor Health and Wellness LLC. She believes that true nourishment goes far beyond what's on your plate. As a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, Lisa helps clients cut through the clinical noise with simple, real-world tools that support the whole person and the quality of life.
