Bone Broth

Bone Broth

Join Rachel Beth Dorfman, owner of Community Acupuncture of Woodbury, as she introduces the basic concepts of Chinese Dietary Therapy, broth's role in relation to it, and why homemade broths are an essential component to have in your diet.

We'll explore the history of broth in Western culture and how a decline in the consumption of this amazing and simple food parallels a rise in many common health conditions. You will leave knowing how you can start making broth immediately with, most likely, what you have in your own kitchen, what to add to it to customize it to your own health needs, and how to add it to your life daily. Additionally we will all share a delicious, brothy meal and taste test what a nourishing, nutrient-loaded, rich, homemade broth can be. I promise, it's NOTHING like the box, can, packet, or bouillon that you might be using!
