CANCELLED- Geography of Coffee
This talk will discuss the role of geography in understanding production, movement, and consumption of coffee around the world. Which countries are coffee powerhouses and why? What is the role of sustainability in coffee production? Why was it considered the "devil's drink" for so long? We will include a tasting and food pairing from three different coffee growing regions of the world. You do not have to be a coffee drinker to enjoy this talk!
