Meditation - Part 1
This is a three week meditation training led by Sue Maisano. It is advisable to stay committed to complete all three parts, because each training session builds upon the previous session.
This workshop meets three times: January 16, 23, and 30. You need to register for all three sessions individually.
Part 1: Getting into the meditative state of mind and manifest your goals: relaxation, visualization and imagination.
In this session, you will learn how to tune into and reactivate your inner senses. You will get hands-on practice on entering into meditative state of mind to reach the creative side, to mold and shift physical realities, to make better decisions in life, to achieve your true heart desires.
