Ever wonder what it takes to produce a long-form book? Do you want to know more about the process, the professional support you may need, and the options for printing your book? In September 2019, LLI genealogy instructor Janeen Bjork completed a 178-page heirloom-quality book that memorializes the lives and legacies of her 94-year-old client, his parents and eight siblings. She shares the lessons she learned in the year spent reviewing, organizing and editing the family’s letters, diaries, documents and scrapbooks.
