Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers for a fun virtual baking program! We’ll be making Apple Cinnamon Muffins and learning all about nutrition, with a kitchen scavenger hunt to test your knowledge.

For ages 7-12. Parental help may be required for some steps. Please register and you will receive a link to the zoom meeting one hour prior to the program.

You will need the following basic ingredients: 

• all purpose flour
• cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• maple syrup
• baking powder
• vegetable oil
• apples
• Applesauce (optional)
