Food Explorers: Bagels (Grades 2-8)
Join Registered Dietician, Katie, from Food Explorers to learn how to make and bake homemade bagels with a twist! The twist is…these bagels are yeast free! You’ll be using yogurt to create a light and fluffy texture. Here are the ingredients you will need: all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, 1 egg and PLAIN Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt), plus any seasonings like "Everything but the Bagel” seasoning, sesame seeds, etc.
Best for children in grades 2-8. Please register and you will receive a Zoom meeting link to the program one hour prior to the start of the program.
