Cooking Program - Chocolate

Cooking Program - Chocolate

Join Food Explorers to learn how to make two chocolate recipes with a Registered Dietitian! Perfect for Valentine's Day, we’ll be making Chocolate Bark and Chocolate Avocado Truffles, and while we're cooking you’ll have the chance to ask any food or nutrition related questions you may have. You’ll need the following ingredients for these recipes: dark chocolate (3 cups), 1 ripe avocado, vanilla extract (optional), salt, cocoa powder and your choice of chocolate bark toppings (dried fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, etc).

A question and answer segment will be held at the end of the presentation.

Special thank you to the Friends of the Library for their funding of this program.

A link to the Adult program will be e-mailed before the start of the program.
