Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make southwest taquitos! You’ll be using egg roll wrappers stuffed with filling and then baked to achieve a golden brown, crispy taquito.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

• 1 onion
• garlic
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 can black beans
• frozen/canned corn
• shredded cheese
• eggroll wrappers
• optional: cilantro, cumin, sour cream, lime and avocado (avocado can be combined with sour cream to make a sauce)

For children ages 6-12. Registration is limited so please register once per family and a link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed 1 hour prior to the start time.
