Food Explorers: Bread Workshop (Grades 3-8)
Food Explorers will show you how to make your own focaccia bread masterpiece by decorating with fresh vegetables and herbs. You'll also make dinner rolls from scratch in this two hour virtual class.
You’ll need the following ingredients:
- flour (~6 cups total for both recipes)
- yeast
- salt
- sugar
- olive oil
- 1 egg
- butter
- your choice of decorative toppings such as: peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, fresh parsley, rosemary, etc...the more colors the better!
Best for children and teens in grades 3-8. Please note this is a two hour program. Please register and a Zoom meeting link will be sent out at least one hour prior to the program start time.
