Get your hiking boots on and your camping gear ready because this summer we are going to Read Beyond the Beaten Path! We're kicking off our Summer Adventure Reading Program at Mixville Park with a fun dance party! There will be activities for all ages including, a DJ, lawn games, balloon twisting, volleyball, gaga ball pit, chalk drawing, and a special character appearance! You can also learn about what activities are offered this summer through the Cheshire Parks and Recreation Department. The rain date is June 24.

This program is for all ages! The parking fee will be waived for this event but please carpool as parking is very limited. Please register so that we can contact you in the event of a weather-related cancellation. Directions to Mixville: Set destination to 1300 Notch Road, Cheshire, CT 06410.
