Houseplants are For Everyone!

Do you want to fill your home with easy-care housplants ? Or learn to care for the ones you already have?  Join us for a program with garden expert Karla Dalley who will discuss houseplants that work for all areas of the home.  Karla will bring handouts and a selection of plants for "show and tell”. Bring your questions!

Karla is a well-known West Hartford area freelance writer and lecturer, water gardening expert, garden designer and consultant, and had made numerous radio and television appearences.  In addition, she is a garden columnist for West Hartford Magazine, writes a blog called Gardendaze, is a book review editor for the Connecticut Horticulture Society, has published many articles, and has appeared on various television and radio shows discussing gardening issues.

This program is co-sponsored by the Suburban Garden Club and with donations given to the Friends of the Library in memory of Cheshire resident and long-time library board member Joy Hostage.
