Kids Cook Dinner: Sweet Potato Gnocchi (Ages 7-14)

Spend some quality time with your children in the kitchen and teach them an invaluable life skill! Megan from Food Explorers will show you how to prepare sweet potato gnocchi with a brown butter sauce! The following ingredients are required for this recipe:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • ricotta
  • parmesan
  • salt
  • flour
  • butter
  • garlic
  • either cream or milk
  • Sage (optional)

Best for kids and teens ages 7-14 with adult supervision. Please register for this virtual program and a link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed one hour prior to the event.
