Join Food Explorers to make loaded veggie tot nachos! We’ll be making tater tots from scratch using your choice of either broccoli or zucchini, baking them until crispy and loading them with your favorite toppings.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

• 1 large head of broccoli or zucchini (fresh)
• 1-2 eggs
• breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
• flour
• cheddar cheese (1 cup)
• optional toppings: green onion, red onion, salsa, peppers, guacamole (1 avocado + 1 lime), cilantro, shredded Mexican cheese, feta, sour cream, etc...

For children ages 6-12. Registration is limited so please register once per family and a link to the Zoom meeting will be emailed 1 hour prior to the start time.
